Software Product License Agreement


IMPORTANT: BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE.

1. License. This license agreement permits you to install RASTRAC on one computer which you own, as long as the RASTRAC software is executed in only one instance at any given time. With respect to a network server installation, this means that the RASTRAC software may only be executed by one user at a given time.
   
   
2. Copyright. The software, including the original algorithms therein, is owned by Manning NavComp Incorporated, located in Lago Vista, Texas USA. The software is protected by United States copyright laws. It must be treated like any other copyrighted material and thus cannot be copied or distributed from the original media except for purposes of installation (as restricted above) or for the creation of one backup copy. YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM TRANSFERRING, DISTRIBUTING, OR SELLING THIS SOFTWARE OR ANY COPY THEREOF TO ANYONE. You may not copy the textual materials which accompany the software by any method, including photocopying.
   
   
3. Internal Access Restriction. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise translate the RASTRAC software to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, or derive usable algorithms or functions from the RASTRAC software.
   
   
4. Warranty. Manning NavComp warrants the disks on which the RASTRAC software is originally supplied to be free of material defects under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery as recorded on the purchase receipt. If a disk is found to be defective, Manning NavComp will, at its option, repair the disk and the RASTRAC software thereon or provide a new disk and RASTRAC software, only after return delivery of the defective disk to Manning NavComp. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. For example, Manning NavComp does NOT warrant that the RASTRAC software will meet your requirements, neither specific nor general. Furthermore, Manning NavComp does NOT warrant that the RASTRAC software is free of defects or that defects in the software will be corrected. Manning NavComp will not be liable for any damage or loss of data caused or perceived to be caused by the RASTRAC software.
   
   
5. Termination. This license gives you the right to execute the RASTRAC software. It is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically and without notice from Manning NavComp if you fail to comply with any provision of the license. Upon termination of the license, you must destroy the RASTRAC software and all copies thereof. The license is automatically terminated when you destroy the RASTRAC software and all copies thereof.
